I have timeshare property in Walt Disney World property just 5 minutes walk to MGM studios worth over 63k , If anyone is interested for a short time only for 45k. The timeshare goes on point scale of 315,000 points each year. That�s a total of 2 bedroom/2 bath full kitchen, family room, washer and dryer @ Bonnet Creek wydhams resort. With the points I have, I can vacation there 3weeks a year or you can trade the points to vacation anywhere for the equal amount of weeks with no block times. This property you can use anytime of the year even prime holiday times. Points are able to be traded for cruises anywhere. You have options to trade resorts around the world with the points you have, you may also bank you points for 3 yrs straight if you�re not able to take the vacation that year. The points are in the status of VIP ownership; which means earlier check in times and later check out times. Points are able to be traded for airline tickets, rental cars. Keep in mind these points of 315,000 you get every year forever.

This is a deed to an actual property that you can pass down to children. It�s perfect for folks who take yearly vacations. If you're already spending the money each year on vacations, why not invest on something you can have forever. The money you spend on vacations each year you're wasting it and not building equity like renting verse paying a mortgage. With this you're investing it on an actual deed you can keep for the rest of your life and pass it on to your children and their children.

I can no longer afford it. I have over 23k in equity in the property and can't afford the mortgage on it anymore. I rather sell it to someone who can really use it for the price of the pay-off amount of the loan with the bank. When they foreclose on it they will take all the equity I already have built into it. I rather have someone who can afford it and pay only 60% of the market value on it and enjoy the vacations for the rest of their lives with their family and the next generation of their family to come.

If I have to lose it to the bank, I rather lose the 20k I have already paid into it to a family who really will enjoy the lifetime of vacations that will bring peaceful & quiet relaxation times with their love ones.

If you were to purchase a property like this it will cost at least $63k because that is the market value of it. It�s a clean deed free and clear no liens attached to the property other then the mortgage loan on it.

If you and your family are already spending $2-$3 k a year on vacations, you might as well invest in the timeshare resort because the resorts are so lavish it�s not just a hotel. Once you stay in a wydhams resort you won�t want to stay at an ordinary hotel not even a 5 star hotel.

I have the property listed w/a real estate agent but with the market today, not a lot of folks can afford a vacation home at its price. This is 60% of the market value at one of the most top vacation resort spots in the country. Walt Disney Properties is a gem you want to have a piece of before it will no longer be available. If you were to call to find a Walt Disney resort property today, you wouldn�t be able to find one, especially one that�s priced under 70k because most people who owns it doesn�t ever want to give it up because they can afford it. I really do not want to get rid of it. But I don�t have a choice right now as I can�t afford the monthly payments on it. Paying my first home mortgage is much important to me than a vacation home that I don�t even have the time to use in this time of my life. May be someday I can repurchase it but I won�t be so lucky to find one in the Walt Disney property ever again.

If you or any one you know can benefit from a property like this please let me know soon. I have to make a decision to let the bank know to go ahead and foreclose on it in 2 wks or I can stop foreclosure process by paying them 1 month of the mortgage to keep it open from foreclosing for another 2 months. I really don�t want to make another payment on it that I already can�t afford but I will if it will benefit a family to use on it rather than the bank walk away with my 23k.

I encourage everyone to think about it if they can benefit from it. Like I said if you already take vacations each year then you might as well purchase this and have the vacation $ you�re already spending each year toward a real property you can have for the rest of your life and your kids life. With the vacation you�re already taking, the price of the property will pay it�s self and much more for the future plus the resort is nothing like a 5 star hotel it�s very lavish. The staff at the resort will pamper you the moment you get out of your rental car to the time you leave the property. At Bonnet Creek, the resort has 2 lazy rivers, water slides, 2 large outdoor waterfall pool and indoor pool, gym, family center, restaurants plus its 5 minutes walk to MGM. The property is inside the Disney properties when you enter the property just before you get to the gate of MGM studios in Orlando Florida.

I originally purchased this property when I was married but it was only 105,000 points which is the lowest and it was already paid in full through the divorce settlement. I upgrade to the 315,000 in 2005-2006 when I thought I could afford the payments then but since the economy went down I had to switch jobs. If I could keep it I would.

Act fast if you�re interested. I am only doing this to give families a chance of a nice extravagant vacations verse paying regular hotels each year that will eventually cost them more in the long run.
