I found an emaciated husky wandering around while on the Guanshan Riverside Park area.
I have taken him to the vet to be neutered. He is recovering from being so very dehydrated.

For now, I have named him Hagrid:
Age: 1 to 1.5 years old
Teeth & ears clean
Temperament - good with other dogs, probably not with cats
Not sure if he is good/bad with children
He mouths a lot - but does not bite
He is dominant - but not aggressive
Typical Husky, playful, sweet
