My apartment which has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms is in a new apartment building (just one year) around the MRT station of Jiangzicui. It is quite near to Taipei main station, only three stops. It is almost furnished (air condition, fully- equipped kitchen, sofa, a dinner table, and so on, almost full furnished ; It could be more discussed.) My apartment is located beside the musical park in pan-chiao. It takes just 2 minute by walk to the bus station 263 and to the restaurants. There are two primary schools, several 7-11s, traditional market and one middle supermarket around my apartment in this area. To the Carrefour is 5 minutes by car, to the Cosco is 15 minutes. The monthly rent is 25000 NT.
