Location is awesome, near the Science Park on Guangfu Road. Within 1-minute by foot, you have Pizza Hut, eCoffee, My Home Steak, the Post Office, Wellcome, CoCo tea store, a bakery, a few hair salons, and a 7-eleven (4 mins walking). If you scooter, within 3 mins you have lots of restaurants options with Longshan community 龍山社區 and Jinshan Street 金山街. Seriously, you don't have to go far for anything!

Other benefits to this apartments are:
- Excellent natural lighting in both kitchen and room during the day
- Renovated decor is very warm and comfortable - unlike most apartments I've seen
- Building is on Guangfu road, but the apartment is in the rear, so no street noise
- Great landlord -responsive and easy going.
- I don't take the bus, but I THINK there are bus stops nearby
- Near the highway, easy access to Zhudong, Chubei, and Hsinchu City
I love living here and I would stay longer if I weren't moving to Taipei. It's perfect for one person, and a bit of a squeeze for two.
